It's been a while since i write anything. for the last 6 months I experiencing an unbelieveable pain to both of my shoulder. this pain is consistent day and night, i can hardly use both my hand because of it, its also affect my sleeping quality, since the only time i can sleep is when i totally exhausted and no painkiller given to me by my doctors ever works
i never knew what's wrong even now what exactly causing it, i've gone to multiple doctors but none could give me a definite answer. one thing for sure is since i experiencing this pain limiting my hand movement, now both my shoulders are frozen.. bummer..
well thankfully a nuerologist i've consulted recomended me to have a RFA treatment. Now the pain mostly gone, and i've started undergoing therapy for my frozen shoulder, hopefully whatever causing the pain could be resolved before the effect of my RFA treatment wear off..
